Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service "PRIORITY MAIL" for domestic orders and via USPS "GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL" for international orders. Orders are shipped within 3 business days. In the event that an item is back-ordered, the customer will be contacted within 3 business days and allowed the choice to either wait until the item is back in inventory or to cancel their order.

Warranty
As an expression of confidence in the excellence of the design, materials and workmanship involved in all the various aspects of bringing rings and body jewelry to you, Tropical Toes Maui provides the following warranty:

CONDITIONS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Tropical Toes Maui product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Tropical Toes Maui will repair such defect without charge for materials or labor.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Tropical Toes Maui will exchange the item for a full refund equal to 100% of the purchase price, no questions asked, for up to 14 days following the date of purchase.

OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to a lack of proper care for Tropical Toes Maui's line of products. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by Tropical Toes Maui to provide proof of purchase in order to receive a refund or warranty service.

Notify Tropical Toes Maui of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery.

DO NOT ship your products to Tropical Toes Maui without prior authorization. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following:

• Defects that are the result of improper care, maintenance or repair.
• Failures that result from abnormal strain, neglect, modification or accidental damage.
• Products no longer owned by the original purchaser.

RETURNING PRODUCTS
Before returning a product, clients are required to contact Tropical Toes Maui in order to establish return modalities.
